How it runs

Four steps, no mystery.

  1. Send the request

    What it is, how many, what it has to do and when you need it. Attach the artwork if you have it.

  2. We quote and preflight

    A price and a production date, plus anything in the file that will not survive a press — resolution, bleed, spot colours, overprint.

  3. You approve

    Digital proof, and a wet proof where the colour matters. Nothing runs until you have said yes in writing.

  4. Print and deliver

    Checked on press by a person. Delivered to your office or your venue, with the delivery note that matches the job.

Questions people actually ask.

Do you actually use AI?

Yes, for production work where the output can be checked — background removal, resizing an approved layout across thirty formats, first-pass transcripts, tagging, reporting. Not for concepts, copy that carries your name, photography or film. If a machine touched something that matters, it is written on the handover note.

Can I send a print job without a design?

Yes. Choose “design it for me” on the print request and our studio does the artwork first. You approve a proof before anything runs.

How fast is express printing?

48 hours on most jobs, same day where the job and the stock allow. Large format is usually the quickest; anything with foiling, binding or a special substrate needs its own schedule. We give you the real date when we quote, not the hopeful one.

Do you deliver?

Yes — Nairobi as standard, and to the venue for events. Outside Nairobi we arrange courier and tell you the cost up front.

Can you work with our in-house marketing team?

That is most of what we do. Whether you are a CEO with a vision to communicate, an entrepreneur with an idea that deserves attention, or a marketing director who wants a thoughtful and experienced partner, we plug into what already exists.

Is cyber security a separate service?

Both. Everything we build ships hardened by default. If you want an audit of what you already run — site, domain, email, cloud accounts — that is its own engagement, and you get a plain-language report with a fix list in priority order.

What do you need from me to start?

The objective, the audience, the deadline and the budget range. If you have a brand guide, send it. If you do not have one, that is usually the first thing we build.
